I rented for several years, I left only because i got a house and have plenty of room for my belongings but on a positive note i 100% recommend this 24 hour u-store-it warehouse! I never have any issues or concerns. If I were to need to come back, this is the place I would go.

Good customer service, easy to understand terms. Reasonably priced. Only bad thing is the tight space in the lanes of units, if there were automatic gates I would give this place 5 stars.

THE BEST STORAGE IN ARIZONA.
Management is honest, property is well maintained, Daily Excellent Customer Service, and communication is always great. The convenience of 24/7 access and high security, there is nothing more you need.

PLUS (Going Above and Beyond) you can rent UHaul Trucks here.

I have been renting here for over a year now. I am very blessed to have found this place and always satisfied.

No other other storage company can compete with this place.

Horrible place to rent! Strongly advise against renting here… They give themselves the right in the leasing agreement to do whatever they want, with or WITHOUT your consent as well as deeming themselves not liable for whatever they do, including their own “negligence”

If I could give 0 starts, I would.
I had to drop a Uhaul off at U-Stor-It after driving for over 24 hours. The gas tank was filled up and all of the options we rented were brought back in perfect condition and of correct amounts. The man in the office was the rudest person I’ve ever met. He took over 45 minutes to look over the Uhaul before he would sign our receipt/contract, and then ended up billing me for a packing blanket, even though we returned them all.
He kept making me more my vehicle (three times to be exact) saying I was blocking the entrance, yet no “Entrance, Exit or No Parking” signs were visible. On the second time, I even asked him where exactly I should park, moved my vehicle to where he told me to and then he still threw another fit and made me move it again. I ended up parking across the street, at someone else’s property, until he was finished looking over my Uhaul. All over horrible experience.
