The facility is clean and organized and the staff is very nice. Hours are 6am-6pm on weekdays and 6am-5pm on weekends (closed on special holidays). It’s honestly not the cheapest, but it’s a great, convenient place to safely store your belongings in Barrio Logan.

I finally gave in and got a storage for all my Christmas stuff. Process was so easy! I reserved online and called and spoke with George and I asked him and if could come in. He said yes and came right in and process was smooth.
I was a little worried on size I had selected and then I was told it was on 3rd floor! But they have flat beds and the elevators are spacious!
I don’t know why I didn’t do this sooner!

It is my experience from this facility (national city) and the (47th street) Ustor-it facility, they blatantly increase rent after a person has moved in. It is my experience that they do this after a person has moved in, in order to make a person have no choice but to pay the rent increase. It is truly disappointing that a person would have to then move out, purchase a uhaul to remove all their personal items, take off work then find a day to make it all happen. It's truly disappointing that these facilities have a way of doing these things to their loyal customers. Nothing changes with cleanliness or any type of gesture for customers who are hit with these rent increases. This has happened to me at the Ustorit on 47th street which prompted me to move out and have to go thru all this. This is truly disappointing!!
Let alone the 47th street facility had dead rat that you could smell upon walking into your unit. But they wanted to raise rent- it's insane that they do this.

Staff here was wonderful and very helpful! Units are clean as are the premises. The process was quick and easy. George is very knowledgeable. He guided us through the process. If you’re looking for storage this is definitely you’re go to!
