I don't reccommend this facility. They don't send out bill/statements each month. They have hours posted on the building but they are never there during those hours. you can call and leave messages that never get returned.
I pay my bill the same day I get it in the mail, but I didn't get a bill so they put a lock on my unit. I didn't realize I hadn't paid the bill because I hadn't got the bill. but had they sent the bill it would have been paid. They didn't contact me or send me a letter that it was past due. I found out when I went to put some things in it and it was locked.
Since no one was there I dropped a check along with a note saying I was not aware I was behind on the payment because I HAD NOT GOT A BILL. so I paid a little over the amount because the bill had went up and I couldnt remember the exact amount, and dropped thru the door.
finally 5 days later they send me a note saying actually owed for 2 months and gave me the unpaid amount so the following day I went at 1030am to pay the rest of the amount owed but of course no one was there. so I dropped the payment along with a note stating I would set my account up on auto pay to prevent the situation from happening again if she would give me a call since I still have yet to catch her there. 3 days later the lock should be off my unit but apparently no one has been to the office to process the payment so the lock is still on my door. I waited 3 more days and went back because the lock should surely be off my unit by now and I still have the things in my car I wanted to drop off a week and a half ago. Nope still locked. so the note on their door said she was at the other location . I called that location and got no answer so I left a message. I then called my location and left a message. It is 2pm and the office hours say open to 6pm but again no answer at either location.
I have been by the location at least 7 times at all different times of the day, left phone messages left notes with both payments. Have not heard back from them and their lock is still on my unit. Their website says excellent customer service. I beg to differ.I have to wonder if her boss knows she is never at work during work hours.
The business practices of this facility leave much to be desired.very dissatisified customer.

Super easy move in. Prices competitive. Very nice staff. The unit is in an odd location and not easily accessible, which is my only disappointment but it was all that was available.

No stars. Been trying to access unit for 2 days left multiple messages still no return call access code is no good. Customer service no help. Only local manager can reset/ or give correct code but can't get him/her (Angel i assume) to return call. Meanwhile my friends whole household is sitting outside! If we get call today I may change review but for now I DO NOT recommend using this storage facility. Omg it makes me put at least one star or I can't post!

Just got a unit from Angel and I must say, this is the cleanest storage facility in the river valley! She does a wonderful job keeping everything looking great! Also, she is very attentive to the security of the place as well. I forgot to put my lock on and she called me shortly after to tell me she put a temporary one on to keep my things safe until I could return to put my own on. Great place & top notch management!

Would HIGHLY recommend looking somewhere else. This company made it the worse experience of my life for the first time ever looking at renting a storage I'll just call out two HUGE things that I feel need to be said before considering this place
This place stole all my new stuff furniture, TVs, everything for a four bedroom house,
Please please please go look somewhere else.
We find out that is not the first time they do this to someone and no one is stopping them.
so if you want to keep your things go find another place where they will be safe and with cameras working at all times

My wife and I recently relocated to Fort Smith, after shopping around for a storage unit we are very pleased with Midland Ustoreit! Angel was very helpful and professional and made the whole process of moving in easy for us!
