Jen and Brian are very personable and awesome people to run the storage I never had issues with my storage unlike other places with getting broken into and the area is well maintained and clean can’t complain. The location is 24 hours so if you come at night bring flashlights! If you are looking for a good storage place to keep your belongings safe this is the place to be!

It takes a lot for me to come on here and write a review but in this situation I absolutely have to. My wife and I needed storage and we cannot be thankful enough that we came into this place. Brian and Jenn were so curious and the facility is so clean with easy access from the freeway as well as Guadalupe, it is all really a win-win. Not to mention that the price is more than competitive to other storage companies in the area that are no where near as nice. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for storage.

Planning any kind of move means you have a long list of to-do items that feel completely overwhelming without enough hours in the day to successfully complete them all. One of my to-do items in preparation for my move was to find a storage unit, and after looking around to not much success I was so happy to find Jenn and Brian at U-Stor as they made the process quick, easy, and so much less stressful!

Jenn offered me multiple storage options as I was debating between sizes, and showed me each available unit so I could see exactly what I was renting. My initial search for a storage unit took me to a lot of different places that initially seemed adequate, but often had much higher prices for smaller units that sit multiple floors up and were difficult to access. Reading the reviews for these places also showed me how predatory those places can be as they raise your rent by hundreds of dollars soon after you’ve signed your lease, and continue to raise it by extortionate amounts.

All the units here at U-Stor are ground floor level, and as I was planning on storing some furniture and other heavy items, the ability to drive straight up to my unit was so helpful. This property also has 24-hour gated access which is great to know that I can access what I need any time, any day. The customer service here is also fantastic, they are completely upfront about pricing and have some great deals, especially for the size and location of these units! They also have any item you could need in the front office, from mattress covers to tape, which meant I didn’t have to make an extra trip to purchase a lock as I could buy one right there and then.

The property itself is clean, the layout is easy to navigate, and feels very safe. I have no worries about my items being protected thanks to the on-site management, gated access, and the unit security alarms.

Jenn and Brian are both super lovely people, they truly care about their customers and ensuring they get what they need out of a storage location. I am so glad I chose this location. If you are searching for a self-storage facility that fits your needs at a great price with even better management…your search is over!

And u-stor is better than any storage facility I've ever experienced Jen and Brian the managers of u-stor on Guadalupe and Ellsworth are wonderful, helpful, professional, and handle whatever you need immediately.
