They have a few horrible employees. Your hard earned tax money is paying for an employee to call out of work drunk at any time. Goes in to work about 5 -10 days out of the month yet our tax dollars are paying for the insurance and benefits.

I agree with most of the people in the comments this is definitely 100% THE WORST distribution center in the USA but it's also where packages to never be received its like a black hole that at the other end a sun is waiting eating all that the hole inhales
I'm not blaming the people what so ever I blame the shear amount of overwhelming mail and package wave eatch day thousands and hundreds of thousands of items day by day. Go work there for a month and tell me you don't get lost in the hole. Lol thanks for reading be kind to your mail people ✌️

There is a thief at your facility… my sister mailed a birthday card to my child on 8/23 and we wondered what took so long as it only just arrived today 9/3… when it arrived to our house the envelope was ripped open and someone stole the gift card that was meant for my child. So congrats, you stole from a child which is absolutely sickening. Please look at your cameras because this person is doing this to everyone’s mail if they did it to ours.

Place is terrible they always have issues how does my package come here which is 10 minutes from my house and 3 days later it says going to next destination. Why does it take 3 days to go somewhere 10 minutes away ? I guess my package is lost smfh..

I recant my first review. After dealing with a package stuck at Coppell Tx Distribution Center. It seems to me that this Center is a place for undeliverable mail to be sorted due to incomplete info, weather it may be a torn barcode, damaged package etc. They have to piece together the info to know it's destination so they can transfer it to the next facility. My suggestion is that if your package hasn't moved in 5 days or even if it's been routed to Coppell Tx. DISTRIBUTION CENTER email or call usps customer service . Provide all your correct info so info get updated and package can start moving. It may take 1-3 days to hear back but they will reply.

I mailed a certified letter to the passport office from Mesquite on 5/29/24, and it’s still sitting in the distribution center in Coppell nearly three weeks later! This is a nightmare! I have been to local post office three times; they tell me to contact Customer Service. I held for over an hour and finally hung up. I have resigned myself to purchasing another copy of the document and mailing via UPS or FedEx before my file is permanently closed and I lose the passport fees. This is horrific service and our taxes pay their salaries.

This may be the worst center in the U.S. If you have a package go to the distribution center you may or may not receive it. They roll dice on who gets to keep your packages. I have lost so many packages here. I'm not too fond of this post office. I hate when my manufacturers send me packages through USPS because I know it's going there and I may never see it. Everyone there should be fired from top to bottom and a new crew trained. Yall suck.

The absolute worst for distributing out packages. Either the employees are lazy or management is brain dead or a combination of both. I guess USPS is trash as a whole. I have not received my packages on time once because of this location and finally I’m fed up enough to post about it. I am going to write a formal complaint because I’m sick of this crap.
