Definitely needs a new supervisor, better training or something. This past 7 days, I have had 4 packages leave there and be sent to post offices other than where they were suppose to go. Then they are sent back to Greensboro to be sent to the correct post office. Making my waiting period several days longer. I had to make a 60 mile round trip yesterday to pick up one that was a birthday gift, so that I could have it on time for my grandson. Next, how does a package leave there and return within the hour ? I see Fayetteville does the same thing. My package must have grown wings and refused to leave 🤣🤣🤣 Update as of 03/22 I guess it’s time for Greensboro to play its scanning game as well. Between them and Fayetteville, I may get my package next month. As of 4/4/25 again a package scanned in and out within minutes. Supposedly left at midnight this morning, and nothing since. I live an hour away from Greensboro. The package sorters seem to be getting paid just to scan, not actually put them out to be delivered. 😐😐😐

My package was supposed to deliver on March 1st but has been stuck at this garbage place since the 28th of February. It’s now March 6th and hasn’t updated. I see a thing where it is forest fires in the area which delays the packages even more so I’m expecting it’s never going to come. Sorry for anyone who has ever had anything shipped here. It’s most likely gone forever. If you have the money to do so sue this place for all of us. We need a hero…

Edit: My package was finally sent but it came completely destroyed! It looked like it was set on fire and smashed with a sledgehammer! My Luka doncic card was damaged and there is only 99 in the whole world.. I am absolutely crushed.

Worst post office distribution center ever. Since September 2024 all of my packages that come through this facility surprisingly get delayed by several days. I have had several packages delivered after sitting at these location just to find the items I ordered have been stolen. It’s my belief that someone at this location is purposely delaying packages so they can open them and find valuables they can sell. Just today I received two packages that were tempered with, surprisingly enough they were supposed to be delivered 4 days ago. One of the boxes (I have included a picture) was ripped open and the item was stolen. The other package I received was opened, but whoever opened it realized they couldn’t make much money off an spark plug so they put it back in the shipping package but left it outside the manufacturer box. A few months back I had an items worth of $200 stolen, the package sat at this facility for almost a week and eventually I got an empty package with a letter from the post office stating the item was damaged in transit. BS, i know someone in this location stole those goods.
This is one facility that should be shut down!!

Still waiting for my medication for 3 weeks. Controlled medication that has to be signed for. Noone answers the phone. I'm reporting this package as stolen as no way to find out what has happened. I will only use priority mail in the future but still have very little hope. This NC distribution center gives the state a very bad name. Hope whomever stole my medication is getting rich off the sale and I wish only the worst for them.

I sent off a package on the 27th. It arrived at the Greensboro location on the 28th at 12:58 am. My expected delivery date was the 31st. My package didn't leave the distribution center until the 31st. It's now April 3rd and it still hasn't been delivered as if yet.

would give zero stars if I could. I'm from Australia and had a friend send me an item. The package went to this facility and over the course of 8 days the parcel has arrived, departed and arrived again at this facility over 11 times and will not progress to the next facility for international transport. it is still sitting there and I can't even contact them because it hasn't reached their cut-off time period to file a lost parcel claim so they will not investigate what is going on.

OUT OF 240 REVIEWS LESS THEN 20 ARE POSITIVE!!….BEWARE
This is where your package goes to die or mysteriously disappear !
BEG your sender to ship anyway other then he post office if you know it is going through this place!….horrible
I don’t know how many packages I’ve had make it to this specific place in transit then where either never heard or seen again.
And you cannot reach anyone and you cannot pick up your item from here.
I feel they simply do not care about professionalism …..
Currently I have a $250 item that has fell off the radar after going there.
And who’s out…..ME

No stars should be an option this place is terrible. They've had my package for 6 days now....I could drive up there and pick up myself if that was a dang option. No one answers the phone, it'll hang up on you itself after so long. What gives!? I just hope my package ships soon, and undamaged!!!!
