04.2025 9am appointment. checked in early 830. got a door at 915. Toyo tires. full trailer. they run about 3 hours to unload. parking on the street overnight, but the place is narrow. Just be patient. they are unloading in the AZ heat in a trailer that's hot, give them some grace. check in is in the middle of the warehouse up the ramp. The door is usually open and has a doorbell. air lock is put on. chock your tire. load completed at 1200

The process is, Unloading 5 hrs counting tires another 2 hrs

Overnight parking available
( no posting otherwise). preferably if your appt is at 5am after that don't even bother, stay at a truck stop and comfortable. Be prepared to stay 8 hrs.

If you’re a truck driver stay away from this place. I’ve been here 3 to 4 times and every single time it’s been nothing, but problems. I understand that every warehouse has their own rules to follow, but they try to be way too strict. I was late by 30 minutes due to something that wasn’t even in my control it was something that was wrong mechanically with the truck that set me back. I explained the whole thing even that I hadn’t slept to try and get there on time. I would have completely understood if they didn’t want to take in the load if I was an hr late, but I was only 30 minutes late. My previous experiences here were also terrible. The 2 to 3 previous times I was here they took 3-4 hrs to unload me which I wouldn’t mind if I had the time to wait, but truck drivers most of the time already have their next appointment set already and those 3-4 hrs is time being wasted from getting to our other appointments on time. They always have the same excuse “We don’t have enough people working” which might be accurate I don’t know, but if that’s the case why take so many loads ? Which I’ve never seen more than one truck other than me the times I’ve been here. Overall they’re just very lazy people. It takes a lot for a truck driver to get here and to have to deal with all this on top of it, it’s just not ideal. 10/10 not taking any loads to this tire warehouse ever again.

Facility personal are terrible and rude with answering simple questions regarding procedures on how loading and unloading procedures are coordinated. Completely disorganized and take their time accessing a situation that could be overseen by a supervisor, not being pro active in having leadership skills when the challenge arises.

I normally don’t due reviews, but if your company is anything like your employees than you deserve to be at the top of the Tire Chain. This evening, I watched one of your employee by the name of Davon at the grocery store. He was sanitizing two older ladies shopping cart for them. They didn’t ask him to do it, he just offered his services. Having compassion in a time where we need it the most just really shows the love we’ve as Americans for each other’s. This young man did an excellent job at representing your company without even knowing it. Kudos Davon!
