I had a great experience booking a storage unit. Both ladies I conversed with were very nice and professional. Online set up was quick and brief. I liked that I could set up a unit while I was busy at work, so when I finished I didn’t have to worry if I was going to miss out for the day. I appreciate the affordability of the units too.
Speaking of units, the facility looks very clean and crisp. It was easy to access all doors with my codes. I really liked the welcome bag that greeted me when I opened the unit for the first time. Made me smile. I was planning on only keeping the unit for a month or two, but honestly it’d be nice to keep it for longer.

Was very pleased with the assistance received. The attendant (sorry I didn't get her name) was very knowledgeable, personable, and seemed to want to help. Wonderful move in experience! Super easy to reserve a unit online (they email you everything you need to move in right away). Once I got to the facility, entered my key code, went to my unit and was able to move right in. The facility left a reusable cooler bag in the unit with my unit lock and key, along with information and instructions on how to pay and other helpful information. The facility is extremely clean and well lit, which is always a big bonus. I would highly recommend using this facility for your storage needs!

TLDR - Pros and Cons listed first, full review after.

Pros: Very clean; climate control is great; on site bathrooms; try to get a deal on 1st floor unit

Cons: Only 1 elevator works; no staff on site evening during posted business hours; expect rate increases every 6-8 months

I've been in this storage unit for about 2 and a half years now. When I first moved into my unit (10x10) it was an ok rate and the staff was super friendly. It's by far one of the cleanest storage facilities I've ever used. However about a year into renting, I noticed that there's never any staff on site during the posted business hours whenever I come to grab something and the elevator I mainly use is never in order.

In the past 6 months, I think the side elevator has only worked once when I've showed up. Usually it doesn't bother me but if you're moving in or out on a busy day it's super inconvenient for anyone renting on the 2nd floor. I highly recommend if you can get a good deal on the 1st floor take it so you don't have to wait on a single elevator. That being said they've raised the rates regularly about the 8 month mark and I think the new increased rate is unreasonable when they can't even keep a key function of the building working for anyone with a 2nd floor unit like mine.

I recently found a MUCH cheaper unit at a different USA Storage facility for the same size on the 1st floor also climate controlled. Decided that after 2.5yrs it's time to move on to other facilities.
