I recently had a fantastic experience with USA Storage Center - Chestnut Mountain, and I can't recommend them enough! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. They took the time to understand my needs and helped me choose the perfect storage unit.

The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and secure. I felt confident leaving my belongings there. I was particularly impressed with the variety of unit sizes available, making it easy to find exactly what I needed.

The customer service was top-notch throughout the entire process. The guy (sorry I can't remember his name but I do remember he lived in Lawrenceville and goes wherever the company needs him) was available to answer my questions and provided clear instructions for accessing my unit.

What really stood out to me was his commitment to customer satisfaction. He truly went above and beyond to ensure I felt valued and taken care of. Moving can be stressful, but my experience with USA Storage Center - Chestnut Mountain made it so much easier.

Changed my rating. When we first moved in here, we rented from the District Director because they just opened. Great experience. Went back to get 2nd unit and the curly hair guy wasn't friendly. My wife walked in before to pay a bill and look at another unit and he had an attitude bc he was eating lunch. I dont care if you are having a bad day, dont take it out on a paying customer and definitely dont shrug your shoulders when a customer is talking! We chose this place because it's new and should be clean. These halls are always dirty and look like they are never swept. Good luck trying to go pay your bill bc it a 50/50 shot if the office is open. When they are supposed to be open and nobody is there, never any signs saying closed or will return. They jump up your rent after your 4th month and from I have been told it's more rent increases coming every 6 months. You are also paying for secure gate access. The gate was left open 24hrs a day for over a week. They claim to do pest control but have never seen anyone and lots of bugs laying around. We left a message for the manager to call us back and that was over a month ago. It seems great at the beginning but time will tell
