Package shipped from Media Pa to York Pa. After getting to Lancaster they sent it 368 miles to Providence,Rhode Island and the support rep from USPS refused to do anything but read a script. Wouldn’t even admit they screwed up.

These people are so rude our package has been sitting there for 2 weeks they shouldn’t even be around here they have soo bad service please anyone that reads this keep away from these people you won’t get your package delivered they steal it or something I had a package 500 dollars worth and they lost it..don’t know what to do..😡

I ordered three packages three different times. The orders all say delivered but I never received them . I asked each retailer, called usps twice, went to usps three different times and was told the same thing. This has been a horrible experience altogether. I missed work trying to figure out where my packages are. Then after sooo long (almost a month) of me interrogating everyone who was NOT responsible , I see a change on the tracking numbers saying return to sender. I went to the distribution center and gave my tracking numbers, but the internet was down. Kate or Kat said they would check it out asap and call me back....she has not. Im so over this and hopefully if I can help it will not get anything delivered from here again.

It's sad that it's the most negative that's the most loudest. My package arrived here and within twenty-four hours, my package was departed and arrived in another destination close to home just a day later. I'm not doxing myself so I'll say it's arriving on time thanks to the quick departure this distribution center had done.

I wish I could give no stars. Good Luck getting your package if it is sent here. I've been waiting for close to 2 months for a certified piece of mail. Filed a case, was told several times via email that the distribution center is processing it manually and I should have it in a few days. Well that was 4 weeks ago and I am still waiting. Never mind the fact when you call any number listed for them no one answers. Did I mention the mail was going from South Jersey to Delaware?Absolutely, ridiculous. I would have been better off driving to the sender and hand delivering it myself! Horrible customer service.

My package has been stuck here for 10 days and I had priority shipping. Apparently I'm not the only one having issues with this distribution center. I understand this is an unprecedented year, but this is ridiculous. Clearly this is an ongoing issue. There is also no way to contact anyone there. The only number available puts you through to a voice mail box that is full. Unbelievable.
