Hey friends be careful, Don’t book load for this facility bcauz they don’t care of your’s time. I had frozen load my appointment 10:00AM and I checked In 7:00AM. SO they finished 3:00 pm this facility is not good I never comeback again very bad be aware thanks. Don’t listen the people are saying this facility is good that is not true.

Hi Driver be careful. US food company .This is very bad company . 7 days no drop off can you imagine guys 7 days no drop off. I am not come back never ever this company.My appointment is 8:30AM I am late to 2:20 P.M because my way hard traffic😡😭

check in 6:30 am for 7:30 am appointment
realase me at 5 pm taking all day losing my next load cost 1500$
just do not come here if u come here do not book another load they are crazy no respect for drivers they are just lazy idiot work here talking in office doing nothing only yell at drivers thats all they do ..!!

Been here a few times in the past couple months. Every time I've been unloaded in under 2 hrs. Also they have snack, refreshments, and coffee for drivers. I would give 5 star but capstone won't provide physical copy of receipt

Horrible place to deliver to. Appointment was for 0600, I arrived at 0515. Checked in with security and had to wait til 0600 for the receiving office to open. After I checked in I was given a packet and told to cut seal and back into door 65. I was told to leave my phone number and I would receive a text was they was finished unloading me. After waiting a while I still had the green light and had not felt them unloading me. So I went back into office to check on progress, I was told they would be getting to me soon. I went back into office after waiting an additional two hours and was told again I would be unloaded soon. At 10am. I went back into office and was then told that the packet they gave me at 0600 was supposed to be given to the window next door and being that it wasn’t I technically was never placed in rotation to be unloaded! The lady then lied and said that she told me to give the packet to the next window. After all the back and forth a few other drivers came in and also had not been touched. We all came in for 0600 appointments and we all left after 1500. So it took 9 hours to be unloaded!!!

The security staff were very professional and friendly, but all others were rude and would not take accountability for their failures.

In and out ChecK in 6Am - Check Out 7:30 Am they opne 6 AM You Check In 5AM just One hour before Your Appointment Dont Come here 1am2am3am4am they don’t allow to enter in facility they opne 6Am You Can enter 5Am

checked in 530am went to waiting area. was told to go to dock door 50 at 6am
and checkin with receiving.

my load was prepaid, the paper they gave me says they do not call you when the load is ready. just wait for green light and pull away from door. and go inside for the paperwork.
