If i could give this place a lower rating than a one i would. 🤬. I tried getting a package sent to me through this FedEx store. I was willing to pay using my credit card. They told me they don’t take credit cards which i found odd. They then proceeded to tell me that the only way i could receive my package was if i sent them apple gift cards which i also found strange. So i sent them their gift cards like i was told to do. Well every time i did this they would come up with something different. The people who run this store really need training in people skills and how they treat their customers. So my advice regarding this location never use them and go with another service. They are horrible.

I never thought a postal service venue could be such a welcoming and friendly environment! I'm always met with such warm customer service. It may be a small store but this is a one stop shop for all your postage and shipping needs. They'll even wrap the gift you want to ship with their own gift wrapping paper during the holidays! Look no further. Support local business!

Brandi and Jeff are the absolute best. I don't have a lot of experience with mailing different packages, and often I end up fumbling around the USPS offices because I am not sure how to get the service I need, but not here! Brandi and Jeff made me feel right at home and walked me through packing, choosing a carrier, and sending all of my packages. They also do passport photos, key services, and more! Definitely come by for all of your postal needs.

A great little spot and faster service than the post office. Wish I knew about this place sooner! There is aways parking in the front when I go but also has a little lot next door. They provide services such as: UPS, Fed Ex, USPS, International shipping, paper copies, Key copies, faxing, and a good amount of shipping supplies. The only downside is that they don’t provide USPS receipts which I like for insurance that my package was received and being processed. They only provide receipts for the other carriers which I was told. Still a good little spot to go to for an one stop shop. I also went to get my passport photo taken and my renewal application mailed all at once, super fast and convenient. Cost me about $20 for both. I receive great service every time I go. Thanks guys!

Literally the only place I’m going to take my returns from now on. I can’t remember the lady’s name but she just got her dream job working and an ER and tell you what, if I ever have to go to the ER, I hope she’s helping me there too. She was training someone who also was great and I know when she leaves I’ll still be in good hands. This is the postal center by COOP pizza (also 10/10, recommend, especially their cheese pizza) NOT the one by Vons. It is on the corner of Palms and Exposition, parking in the Bob’s liquor store parking lot. Anyway, cannot say enough good things. So friendly, exceedingly helpful and genuinely made my day better by the interaction. Like, some people in LA suck, but not them. Also, hilarious. If ERing doesn’t work out, try comedy.
