The appointment was for 09:00. Arrived here night before and parked just outside the gate. There are a couple of spots before reaching the gate on your left and right side where you can park at night(see the screenshots). They'll open the gate between 05:30-06:00. You will need your truck, trailer, pickup number, and driving license number ready. You will then proceed to the gate and talk to them via two-way speaker and camera and give them all your information. Then they will open the gate and They'll tell you what door you gonna go to. For Drop & Hook, i was in and out in 30 minutes.

DO NOT WORK HERE!!! they don’t train you at ALL then they’ll put you in an aisle amd except you to know what to do. then they’ll put get mad because you don’t know what your doing because they didn’t train you when you come for orientation they walk you around the building and then throw you on the floor. focus said my “assignment has ended” and when asked why they couldn’t give an explanation. the team lead is VERY disrespectful he can talk to employees how ever he wants and it’s ok but the second you do it your the bad person. when i stated i did not know what i was doing the supervisor was “training” me and when id ask a question she would ignore me and was too busy talking about her personal life. they’re very unprofessional here and i highly dont recommend this to anyone unless you already know about this kind of work, if not your not going to be trained properly and then punished because no one will train you correctly

The staff I interacted with were friendly enough but there is clearly either a lack of urgency, inter-departmental communication, or respect for drivers' limited time in a day. I would wager a combination of all three.

I checked in at 10:30 am for an 11am drop and hook. Dropped my empty and was told to wait for the loaded. I left after 1530, however, it turns out I spent 5 hours sitting because S&R "Forgot I was here" while having absolutely no way to contact me directly.

The trailer was already loaded when I arrived. I refuse to say who I work for because, frankly, I think Urban Outfitters is a terrible company that sells egregiously overpriced garbage. Their blatant lack of respect for my working time culminated my negative opinion into a nice package. It is already hard enough for truck drivers to find decent parking in Pennsylvania and when you burn our daylight for absolutely no good reason, you make that difficult task increase tenfold in difficulty. Shame on you.

Very poorly planned and managed. Only one register working, 1 hour wait just to pay. Line to get in over 4 hours outside in direct sunlight. No bathrooms. They don't restock during the day, so you get in and everything is already purchased or broken. They didn't have enough inventory priced on the floor to meet demand.

Don’t follow gps directions. once you turn into facility, follow signs. Checkin at callbox. Given door from call box. 3 hours to floor load. Not too bad considering other floor loaded loads.

Final Cut(outlet for URBN Brands) is housed at this location. It recently opened in the last year so they are still working out the kinks. They have switched over to ticketed sales which I appreciate!!! The prices are reasonable and well worth my travel from Atlanta. I picked up some beautiful furniture pieces at a great price!!! I will definitely return for future sales. The staff was busy but helpful and ensuring customers needs were met!
