Absolutely unbelievable! After calling the 800 number for at least the 27th time. I still missed my delivery today when they took my package back saying that I wasn't here to sign for it and they never ever came to my door. I guarantee it. I've been sitting here right in front of it waiting for them for hours. Again. Seriously what the hell UPS? What does a person have to do to receive their package

UPS here in Tucson is absolute trash. I've been waiting for two packages to get delivered and even tho they say that they attempted to deliver, I stood at the entrance of my apartment complex entrance the last couple days for them to not show up and say they attempted to deliver. Calling customer service is just as much of a joke. They say that someone from the dispatch center will call, never do. Absolute trash

Tucson UPS Sucks.. It's a joke over 200 packages not delivered in 2 years. I have had 3 packages only. And they even sent out a supervisor to talk on a Friday night. They say I requested to hold packages. How can I do that? We can't get anyone to talk to about them. The number they have goes to a call center overseas only. We need to get all people to write the ICC to report them. UPS is a joke FedEx delivery to me all the time. Tucson doesn't have a way to get any help.
I hope more people complain about them. I can't get Amazon packages as they give them to UPS.

The Tucson Sorting Facility has really become a failure lately. In the past 30 days we have had packages that were supposed to go from Tucson to Phoenix END UP IN FLORIDA!!!!?
