Won't ring door bell or knock on door to deliver a next day air package. ? who does that?! Then, I have to spend all day on the phone trying to get the package delivered. I don't need any more jobs - thank you very much!!
Zero customer service! I'll be using a different shipping company in the future and I suggest you do as well. I would leave 1 star, if possible, because that's what they deserve!!!

This place and it's drivers suck! Never have i ever had so many issues with a package delivery. They deliver tp the wrong address, UPS makes delivery time promises that they do not keep. You will waste your entire day waiting for a package and they will say they tried to deliver it and you were not available which would be a lie! People have things to do that sit around and wait for packages that you never show up with!

I never write reviews because my line of work I get disappointed when false reviews are made...but today UPS has really upset me. They have tried to make 3 attempts to deliver a package that I have coming to my work office. First two attempts were after hours which they came close to 8pm. Third attempt was today and I called and told them my office is open from 9am to 5 pm eastern time. They stated they notated the delivery. At 1:42pm I get a text stating final delivery attempt was unsuccessful due to business closed. This is false I have been here since 8am and have not left. I have not seen a UPS truck yet. I didn't even receive the info notice on the door. I am very disappointed in UPS never ever had this issue before. Its very inconvenient for me to have to drive 30 mins to go pick my package up. I've called and was told I would get a call back in an hour and still have not received a call.

Update: Customer service at the Fox Run Pkwy location in Opelika went above and beyond to help me. IShe helped me get my money back!!

The temporary person at Xmas swiped my debit card twice for $100 and when I saw it on my bank statement, I called with no success. They couldn't help me at customer service and told me to take it up with the bank. The bank wouldn't help me either.

I was walking to the door the driver nocked once softly an took off my camera caught him infront my door an I tried to rush he came at 8:07 I went outside at 8:08 an he was gone at least give people some time to get to the door I have an infant I tried to come fast enough he had no patience

This location, staff: 5⭐. The employee up front on 1/22/2024 was very friendly and took extra time to thoroughly assist the customer before me (and me, too). UPS, give her a raise! Experienced team members like her make a difference.

This location, hours: 2⭐. Limited on weekdays and nothing on weekends.

Driver claimed an attempted delivery. There was someone home and didn't even knock. I have never had this problem with the service but this package I am waiting was time sensitive so by the time they drop it off at the Access point Monday morning it will most likely have to discard or send it back for a replacement. And I'm sitting at home now since I am off today and tomorrow. Great job UPS driver
