I had a package out for delivery May 14th. It never got delivered, tracked my package and it reverted back to on its way. There hasn’t been an update since May 14th. Called the 1-800 number, automated voice service only can state what the tracker says. Called the actual hub and they never answer the phone. How this place is still in business is beyond me. This was a custom gift that was supposed to be given on our anniversary, I have no clue where my package is even at and at this point UPS is absolutely no help. Now I have to file a claim when all I wanted was my package. This is a terrible service and terrible company.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!! UPS delivered my package to the wrong house and city, I went to the ups hub and asked for help. The worker told me the driver will pick it up and deliver it to me same day. I waited the whole day and nothing happened. I went back again and worker told me he has another driver getting it. Still no package. The recipient probably has my package now and won’t return it. Please hire competent drivers. HOW YOU GONNA DELIVER MY PACKAGE TO A DIFFERENT CITY!? I live in Antioch and package was delivered in Oakley. DO BETTER

I have been waiting for a package to be delivered for 3 days now, each day I received the "follow live update" and a window of between 2-6 pm delivery. Each day it was pushed to 9pm and never showed. On Monday live view showed the truck never left your facility which is a joke! This package was due to be delivered on Friday June 12th. It's now June 17th evening and no package.. I had to request it be dropped off at a local store tomorrow, hoping it doesn't get forgotten again... Also, don't expect this facility to call you back. I called the 800 number and they sent an urgent message for them to call and nothing.. Sad very sad and unprofessional!! This was a birthday gift for this past Sunday..

Stand in the baking HOT sun for an hour because the refuse to put a lobby in for customers and there IS plenty of room to put a lobby in. Losing my packages. Telling me that my package has gone out for delivery twice but the driver ran out of time and brought it back twice INSTEAD OF MAKING IT A PRIORITY DROP THE NEXT DAY THEY STICK IT IN A HUGE OVERSTOVK TRAILER AND LEAVE IT THERE !!!! Then won't provide a telephone number to check back on it, a no live person on 800 number. Finally, told I would be called between 9:30-10:0 today to pick up, AND NO ONE CALLED !!!

No better than the other companies. The truck drove by 2 times and still no package. Will avoid companies that use this as a shipping method. Come on drivers do your job. Stayed home from work to sign for it and didn’t have the work ethic to even stop. Waste of time going to be great when Christmas comes around.

UPS's Oakley distribution has been behind for months now. You can not ever get a live person on the phone. Every day the system shows my package will be delivered by 9PM and then in the evening the date changes to the next day. Called to schedule to pickup and was told I would receive a call within an hour with instructions. No call... and they are closed on weekends! This is not the fault of the distribution center but of UPS. UPS must be a failing company. Their area management has to be significantly lacking resources to have an issue this significant going on for so long. In the meantime I have multiple packages in limbo...

I use Hello fresh and the 2 times UPS had to deliver my box. It gets scanned into Oakley, then it vanishes and never gets delivered. The supervisor just don't know what happened to it. Also yesterday I tried to talk to the driver that was at my building that the UPS web site said my box was on and he shooed me away with his hand and ignored me and drove off. The funny thing is that every thing else that I have had to have delivered by UPS out of Oakley has made it just fine usually late but has made it. **** Update the box did make it today not sure if the meat will be safe to eat. but I guess at least it didn't vanish this time.

This location is 5 min from my home, could walk there in 15....Package out for delivery at 9:23 am — 8pm no delivery. They apparently keep the phone off the hook all day until around closing because its always busy. On follow my delivery- truck sitting in the Same place for 6 hours. Called customer service @ around 8pm after being on hold for 30 min, they say at 8:40 there is still a possibility for the package to come. 10:30 PM I FINALLY GET UPDATE EMAIL- PACKAGE NOT COMING TO MONDAY! It’s Friday- ups says its making daily deliveries during this time, but that is a lie. Ups my choice options don’t allow to make any changes to delivery or pick up my self. Complete BS! THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME.
