ALWAYS a delay with UPS deliveries from this facility. What is their problem DO BETTER or UPS stop charging so much money to NOT deliver when promised. Refund seems logical is services aren't completed. Pretty horrible.

If you have the option to use FedEX or even USPS, do that! Do not use UPS if your package needs to come through this facility. It WILL be delayed and or lost. I've had my package get left at the facility and not put in the truck... Then on the third attempt get 10 houses away and the driver just took off at 6:55pm and just drove away. When the delivery day it would be there at 9:00pm. Did I mention this was the third attempt? Keith at Belleville UPS dispatch... You are completely useless and inadequate at your job. Please choose another profession not dealing with customer satisfaction. Please do yourselves a favor and use another carrier for you mail. The only way these companies will start treating their customers with any type of dignity is if your use our wallets to do the talking.

My package was left here and delayed here and when I finally received my package it looks like the box was replaced and they stole my kirby coin purse and kirby tissue holder and empty gucci sunglass case with a fork in it, and Sailor Moon perfumeThey left everything else in there but wow literally can't believe this. I'm just distraught over my kirby merchandise, I got it from Japan and now its stolen

I shipped Christmas presents to family that were supposed to arrive by 12/23. They have been sitting in this facility since 12/22-it’s now 1/8. I have filed a claim and don’t expect that my family will receive the presents. Lesson learned-next year I’ll ship USPS or FedEx

Management is horrible, with zero help. One person in each truck loading the back door is always a mess back up packages all over they just stand there seeing you. Hub manager gets pissed off cause you're loading "slow" they are always hiring but still no help insight. Pay is horrible for loading trucks and risk of injury. Union is BS they are no help either they just scam you. And the packages are damaged box's are falling apart when picking them up. You also get blamed for miss sorts when you weren't even the one loading.

Destroyed my package from Japan. They tried to fix the item with packing tape and replaced the box with a makeshift box. Thank you for destroying my item. I am behind a year on my project again.

wish I could add zero stars. My package got delayed at this place and now I have to wait and get another because they probably stole it and also they don't answer their phone....

Bell facility is the worst UPS facility in CA. One; their listed phone number always has a busy dial tone, as if someone leaves the phone off the hook. Two; there's many reviews that the bell facility loses, steals or just holds the packages at the facility for months at a time. Every review of this facility says if your package gets to this facility you should start a claim asap. This is true for me as well. My shipper and the tracking information stated that I would receive my package on a certain day and approximately a time frame. Well 2 weeks past that time I called UPS Bell facility got the busy, unresponsive dial tone. Looked at their reviews which mentioned everything that happened to me. Called the corporate UPS customer service number, in which I was on the phone for 45 minutes for them to tell me that my package was lost in transit. Called the shipper to notify them. So yeah worst facility in my opinion and I hope UPS corporate reads all the customer reviews and decides to clean house and get people who will do their Jobs.
