Love this place. People are very helpful almost too helpful. I like to play a game when I go in there to see if I can make it all the way to the back without having at least 3 to 4 people say can I help you I have yet to be able to do that. Excellent place, love it.

The only hardware chain with real service. Top products for painting and refinishing furniture, wife loved the garden center.. absolutely one of my favorite stores to go to. really enjoyed springtime selection for yard and garden. more knowledge and experience under this roof than both of the big box stores combined

Great hardware store. Always helpful staff around without having to wait for assistance. Easy to get in and get out compared to big box stores. Staff all very pleasant and helpful! We live almost 50 miles away, but worth a stop when in the area!

I was expecting a sleepy little hardware store, but boy was I wrong! This place had staff everywhere and definitely an energetic vibe to it. I didn't walk 5 ft through the door before someone asked me if I needed help and quickly pointed me to where I needed to go.

For this trip, I was specifically looking for a duplicate key. I had been to a couple of big box stores whose automated key making machines didn't have the blank that I needed. In fact, the machine at Ace said that there wasn't a match either, but the gentleman that helped me search for something that was very close. He ended up finding something and making a key for me and sure enough, it worked like a champ!

I highly recommend visiting this store. The aisles seem to be well stocked and the service received by the employees is second to none.

Went in to purchase a finishing nailer. Found one I liked and it was $40 off along with other Bostitch air nailers. Went to check out and was told it was regular price. Took a young man back and showed him. He said, 'yep, if you're a reward member, it should be $40 off'. I thanked him and, as I got to the end of the isle, he says, 'oh, these tags are more than a month old, I'm sorry.'
I left and purchased that, and more, just down the street at Russell Building Supply. Gotta treat good customers better.

I dropped off lawnmower blades and were told they should be ready that same afternoon. They said at worst the next morning. They were not ready that afternoon nor were they ready the next day over twenty four hours later. It takes less than five minutes to sharpen blades. When I went to check on them the following day.The three guys that work in the parch department were sitting in a background talking about anything but work and wasting time. Is my blades still had not even been touched. Thank you Ace for making me a loyal prices.Small engine customer.

I rely on a generator for power to eat and run my internet
it took them over 30 days to fix the cord on mine, they werent even working on it for 29 of those days (they diddnt file the ticket the right way the first time and it took over a month of calling to get it done)
They charged me 230$ for an hour of labor, now I dont have enough money in my bank account this month to eat or get gas for the next 5 days, Avoid this awful ace like it was on fire!!!!!
