Best be careful running loads with this one. They put my load into another trailer, cause it was small enough to fit an going same place. Makes sense if you own the load, I was under a contracted lane.

They literally tried to get me to take the other companies equipment because their 5am driver wasn't there yet. Like my days ain't long enough without adding theft of commercial equipment.

USPS is terrible. So many packages sent across the country by error (like Texas with my latest package) when they reach Portland instead of going to Central Oregon where I live and am expecting them the next day… So many packages arriving in Eugene, then sent to Portland, then sent back to Eugene before making their way to Central Oregon. Nothing makes sense. Nothing is linear and logical. USPS is completely incompetent and inefficient. What used to take 3 days now takes 6. It’s sad because my family has over 80 combined years working for USPS. They were some of the good ones… But retirement couldn’t come fast enough. USPS gets nothing right, has lost all pride in what they “provide”, treat their good employees like trash, won’t/cant fire all the duds. I do remember a little more functionality once upon a time. Now it’s a crap show. Go into your local USPS and see the dread on employees’ (and customer’s) faces. The facilities remind me of Tijuana. Run down, derelict, and vacant. When they throw “job fairs”, I cringe at the uneaten donuts and cheap inflated balloons. Piles of untouched job applications. Why does USPS get bailed out in a free market when the rest of us have to play by completely different rules? This was a sinking ship like 25 years ago.

This installation DOES NOT SERVE, they receive me, they give me a dock and they make me wait more than 2 hours because no one knows and no one knew that they should unload me. I won’t come back here again..

Good & VERY fast option if you have pre-labeled *commercial packages to drop off, but there is NO customer service. You go in, drop off your package & leave.

Downside is no weekend hours & they don’t scan anything into the system until late evening, sometimes after midnight.

Upside; it’s safer than using a Blue Box & easier to access than the NE PDX post offices (parking at Hollywood/RCP, Parkrose & Killingsworth is awful). Plus it is FAST if you’re just dropping off because there isn’t a line.

Remember; this is just a distribution center, watch out for 18 wheelers, obey speed limits on roads around the site & don’t expect anyone to help you inside because that’s not their job.

Despite being a distribution center, parcels tend to arrive at their destinations no sooner than if you do home pickup, pretty sure carriers drop off packages collected during the day here at the end of their shift & seems like those get processed earlier than stuff dropped off directly.

They scanned my package at 9:49 and returned yo sender at 12:48 without trying to contact me. I made a 1 digit mistake on address, but any address search would cotrect this and point to my office. I needed the supplies that were sent back! 3 hours is a terrible turn around time for a work day response. Why didn't anyone even try to reach out? Very sad.

I had a shipping & logistic issue that was my own fault. Called the local office where my issue was with no answer. So i called the district manager office and received excellent customer service, resolved my issue in less then 10 minutes!!! Thank you jody and thank you usps for actually having reachable employees

This is NOT a place to mail letters/parcels at this location for the public. Will not accept prepaid parcels. Was told to drop it off at the retail post office. Closest post office is 12047 NE Glenn Widing Dr for prepaid parcels and letter/ flat acceptance only. Nearest location todo mailings either at Parkrose sta, 4048 NE 122Nd ave, Rose City sta, 2425 ne 50th ave, Vancouver main 2700 Caples Ave, Vancouver, Wa.

This is the (not so) new temporary place for PO boxes that used to be on airport Way. Now you're only allowed to get your mail during normal business hours. Weekends excluded. They take arbitrary lunches. Sometimes they take lunches at noon. Sometimes they take it at 1:00 p.m. There's no way to know when you can get your mail. And when you have to plan your mail stops, this is unacceptable. This is the fourth trip to this site that I have made to get my mail and have been unable. Staffing is short. Service is horrible. They keep promising a new building but it never happens.

Absolutely unacceptable service. I gave it one star because it wouldn't allow me to do a review with zero stars

Update; Just ran into the "random lunch hour" problem again. Do I drive home and back or do I sit in the parking lot doing nothing just to get my mail?

Also asked when a permanent place was going to be ready since it's been 10 months they said.... 🤷‍♂️
