I've been trying to locate a package that was lost after a change of address for about a month now. I've gone to this location and like 3 others to investigate the issue and called USPS, including consumer affairs, to find it. Literally every person I have talked to has given me a different answer to what's going on. The last person I spoke with told me to wait until today to address it again.
I came in today and spoke to Wanda and she interrupted me several times, giving me directions/answers to what I needed to do without even understanding what was going on. She started to become argumentative until I finally had enough and told her we'd go some where else. She yelled, "Well, I guess you don't want any help!" and slammed the door on me and my children.
I rang the bell and demanded a supervisor. I explained to Sean what happened (with Wanda standing to the side making comments the whole time) and said I wanted to make a formal complaint. Sean grabbed a blank paper and wrote down all of one sentence before trying to get me off the subject. After he looked into the package, I asked about the formal complaint again and he told me he'd look into it. I asked what that means, and he told me he can't disclose that. I asked what he thinks of the situation, and he scoffed and told me there's a long line behind me. I asked how I can follow up on the formal complaint and he replied "well, this is your post office, so I guess we'll see you around". I told him that's incredibly unprofessional, and he rolled his eyes.
Great job, USPS!

Not sure why this Post Office gets so much hate? Been dropping off my online business sales shipments for years now, and I'm so happy this place is here. Lines are usually minimal and packages shipped from here generally seem to be 12-24 hours faster than those dropped off at a standard post office. Do understand coming in that this is not a typical Post Office. They do not sell stamps, and you cannot pay for your shipping. This is a distribution center, so it's more like a warehouse environment.

Filing a case and going to sue this place. They’re careless, they lost more than 100 packages in one go and the platform I sell on requires 3 days for it to be shipped out. Their system just shows “shipping label created” we don’t just simply create shipping labels and not send them. I pay my employees to do one job only. Packages them, print the labels and ship them. My business has been impacted negatively by their negligence and have lost thousands of dollars — so therefore opening up a lawsuit to replenish the damage done from their mal practices.

They don't have a printer so can't do returns or drop offs without a label. Even though it clearly states any transaction without payment and has a sign for the label printing service. Don't waste your time just go to a normal post office

Everyone is not so innocent and nice? Sometimes is best to filed a police report , when your mails and packages are being tampered with. Entitlement issues can land you to lose your job! And some of these people deserve it.

They take forever to answer the door. Waited 20 minutes one time. They also don’t sell postage.

First and foremost they do not answer their phone for anything. Had to go down to collect a package, they were supper nice and attentive. They looked hard for my package and were running around trying to find it. Definitely super sweet

Is this place busy? Usually yes, but I've never had an issue here getting a problem with a package stuck in the system resolved. Come with your info ready, be prepared to wait, ring the bell every 5min if no service. No sure why this place gets such bad reviews.
