I’ve been here before. Came Sunday afternoon and they took me 3 hours previous my appointment. Great guy at the guard shack. Plenty of room no overnight parking. Clean restrooms. They have snacks machines inside. Pretty much everything was good

Perfect place to deliver a load. I have a Knight appointment and I was empty in two hours. You can check in early if you are lucky you might get unloaded but not your appointment time. OK plenty of room to maneuver and Google directions to get here ok Guard shack andlady in the office was super nice

03.06.25...I had a drop and hook here. I arrived several hours before my 230a appt and my load was ready. I checked in at the guardbooth and was given instructions on where to drop my MT and my loaded trailer was located. There is no parking but the folks here were nice.

As of now, I am having a bad experience here. Showed up at 10 am for 12 noon delivery appointment. Assigned dock door at 1:14pm. Unloading began at 2:30pm. Will update once empty and rolling on out.

I arrived early for an appointment, then had to drive over to the shipping office to get a door assignment.
The security guard was very professional and easy to deal with.
The shipping office was very professional and friendly getting me a door.
There is plenty of room to maneuver in the lot to get backed into a door.
They have restrooms for drivers and vending machines inside the shipping/receiving office.

Place is easy to get to. Lots of room to maneuver. Back in and leave the doors closed, opened from the inside. My problem with that is how they put the load locks in. Totally didn't serve the purpose of them. My other issue is it took 10 hours to load. They use automation to pick the product, apparently it's not as efficient as they say. Now everyone is real friendly and professional. So they get a couple stars for that.

Great place to deliver. Guard shack people are nice. They have taken me 2 - 3 hours early with no issues. More than enough room to maneuver, with plenty of room between doors. They say no overnight parking, but its usually my load home, so I don't know. I do know that if you show up a day early and they don't take you, they won't let you stay on-site. I've seen them turn away drivers for being way too early. Bathrooms available.

No overnight or early parking. They will check u in 2 hours early than appointment time. Black lady at the shack seems easy to be pissed if u ask things over to make sure.
