Arrived @ 8 for 0900 appt, they checked me in and give me a dock right away.

There is a overnight parking just in front of the second gate (around 8-10 spots). They open at 0800.

The guy at guard shack is very nice and the check in ladies at the office are nice also.

Very nice cold storage comparing with others X country.

The worst place to be!! It’s getting worse day by day takes about 5-7 hrs to get loaded!! They don't give you any eta when you going to be done and the broker wants us to deliver on time!! They need to hire more ppl to work inside the warehouse or stop scheduling the trucks if they don't have the manpower to load all these trucks on time!!

Friendly staff, indoor bathroom, easy in and out. Be sure at check-in to let them know you want to secure your load before it is sealed. Otherwise they will seal it, and they did not secure my load with the straps that were in the trailer. Luckily the pallets didn't move, but don't trust that someone will secure your load.

The worst place on earth. I checked in at 06:00 for my 0:900 appointment and it is 16:00 and I am still here . They are having issues distributing my load equally on all axles. They don’t know that we can’t move tendoms . We have be at a specific hole in the entire state.

I didn’t have a loading appointment and they checked me in under Work-in and said no time limits for that. It’s been 4 hrs now and still saying we load you today but can’t say when and still on their Mercy. But they Super Caring if someone left without knowing them then they called you right way and also for double make sure they checked your physical presence. ( 5 Star for this). So now it’s been 6 hrs I got loaded.

Go up
