Got here 4 1/2 hours early. Checked in and got door right away. Was told they would unload me closer to my 12:00 appointment time. Got settled in our truck and heard the knock on our door. Pull up and open doors and they said they would start unloading us. Was out 2 1/2 hours before our appointment. Everyone one was very nice.

This U.S cold storage is a joke. Check in at 11:30am and now it’s currently 2pm still not unloaded.

They hire people with no expirence, gave my bol and she couldn’t find the seal number. Had to wait for 3 hours then my customer finally said it was on there and she couldn’t just see it.

Other guy also checked in at 11:30am and barely got loaded now going north to Chico.

Avoid this place, my broker and customer is charging these guys for the detention time.

FMCSA check into these guys truck time logs and you’ll see. Then claim them because they’re making a ton of $$$ and killing drivers logbook hours, detention time

They have so many loaders inside working on only 6 trucks and can’t get them loaded/offloaded. Its pathetic pay people a wage and they don’t want to work

App 7:00. Start loading 7:45. Loaded 8:15.
Check in at door #3. When I pick up Temp 35F.
Clean washroom. And shower👍.
Professional and efficient staff.

Checked in at 9:15 for 9:30 pickup appointment was given a door immediately and told to leave trailer doors shut until someone came out(to check trailer temp), before I could even get backed in someone was outside told me to go ahead and open doors. Immediately started loading me and was done within 45 minutes with bills in hand. Tons of room here to back in wouldn’t mind coming back. Only complaint is the obnoxious amount of info needed to check in ( truck license plate #, trailer license plate #, trailer arb #, driver license #, and then the usual stuff).

The lady at tge receiving office needs to re-train and learn about how to treat drivers resoectfully.
There were 3 of us truckers at the office and she was just giving all of us an attitude, raising her voice and wanted to just treat us like kids!
If your enployees have a personal problem , require them NOT to go to
work!

In door at 12:40. Started loading 1422, still sitting here at 1546. Only here to load eight pallets. And there's only two trucks in the door

When you get to the gate stay left push the button the gates will open West office is for frozen foods the east office with friendlier staff is for medium temp loads
Last 3 photos Is one reason we truckers end up losing our nice bathroom privileges at the shippers and receivers. Because some of you lazy MF,ers have zero respect for other people‘s property how would you feel if someone put stickers on your rig or your personal house. Grow up
