My 7:00 AM drop-and-hook appointment went smoothly. I arrived 10 minutes early (after confirming the previous day that it wouldn't be ready before the appointment time), completed the process within 10 minutes, and departed. The shipping clerk was friendly. Vending machines and restrooms are available. Overnight parking isn't permitted, but pre-appointment parking is allowed. There's ample space for maneuvering.

A cool place to pickup a load everyone was super cool the lady at checkin and yard jockey. I was loaded three hours before my appointment. Google directions are OK to get here. Take the exit for TA truckstop. Just pass the truckstop and make a left on the street. Where is the warehouse is located 3/4 on the left-hand side park your truck inside and go check in.

Great place. My company has sent me here for pick ups serveral times now, and every single time
It’s nothing but great treatment. Fair load times, they have clean restrooms that us truckers are allowed to use, office is clean, and the people at the shipping and receiving office are always such nice people, truly.

I had misplaced a receipt for a late fee charge receipt due to my company not having a PU # ready, a week had a passed and I ended up really needing the receipt. Called them up and spoke with a nice gentleman named Nickolas Ledford and explained the situation. He was really nice and understanding, he emailed me the receipt and got it within 5 mins of the call. Saved me a chunk of money. 5 stars to this location.

Drop and hook for Prime. Load was ready. Restrooms available. Blue beacon 2 miles away. TA with mostly paid parking. Easy backing. Dark road at night.

Good place for delivery by appointment only no early and they don’t have overnight parking inside but you can park outside on the street and it’s safe and they have clear restroom 🚽

Don't bother showing up here early. Guy will just ignore you until he realizes you aren't walking out and then give you some charade about his printer is down. Just let me know the deal, if I'm too early just say so. I greeted you nicely, no need to be a asshat.
