This morning I have never been received with such grace by Alicia, however, the other security guard rudly shouted at me.
I was sent to the third floor restroom and the the front desk security lady approached me and asked with a very rude tone "Do you need something?!" It's the second time I get shouted with attitude at this location by security and ticket booth lady. I hope their superiors retrain this team as they lack professionalism.

ZERO stars. Called to schedule a diagnostic mammogram after an ultrasound found several abnormalities. Was told that because I've never had a screening mammogram, the tech wouldn't do a diagnostic for me (despite my ultrasound results & primary physician specifically recommending further diagnostic work). Guess the tech has more insight and training than an actual doctor? Made the screening appointment anyway since every other facility was booked out 2 months, and figured after the screening maybe they could get me in for a diagnostic quickly afterward. Low and behold, my insurance wouldn't approve a screening, because I need a DIAGNOSTIC mammogram - called to try to reschedule, left a message, and (not surprisingly) never heard back. Funnily enough, the other location I called to schedule with couldn't believe they would refuse me the diagnostic (especially with the paperwork specifically ordering that). Don't waste your time here.

Was scheduled for a MRI at 9:20pm and at 8:20pm they called to confirm I'm still coming and I told them yes and they asked if I could come in earlier and I said I could. They then call me back and ask if I can come right now, told them I was on my way. Get there at 9:06pm and all the doors are locked to the main building and not one car in sight. Called them about 10 times and then called the urgent care that scheduled it for me and even they couldn't get a hold of them. Beyond unprofessional for a medical building. Y'all need to clean house ASAP. Spent $70 on Uber to get there for them to leave early without even calling me...

My mom got an app at 10:00 am we get there a 9:45 am after my mom with 85 years old was drinking water since the procedure required, the technician vendí make mi mom wait sin she need to use the restrooms until 10:52, i ask the receptionist to let her know otherwise she might pee on her self, both receptions said y if we go to the restroom, we will wait more, after all she couldn’t do the procedure because Vendí said it wasn’t enough water to see what the doctor required, ending with another appointment.

Okay the office building it’s in is confusing. I thought I was at a tech school of some sort because of the name of the building . But it’s very close to entrance to your left . STAFF IS AWESOME !! Seriously best customer service and professionalism. It’s clean quick and thorough . I didn’t feel rushed or ignored like I usually do in medical offices in California . The xray tech was so nice and clear with her instructions . The technicians weren’t annoyed that I asked questions or for copy of the X-rays . They provided them on cd under 10 minutes . I felt like I was a VIP patient who had been going there for there years . Wow I was really surprised !! If you have a choice go there ! Parking kind of sucks so take a Uber worth the headache . The greeters for the buildings were so welcoming as well .

My Mom and I made an appt here for Feb 24 @ 4 pm and we were told to show up 30 min early. I was given a voicemail the night before to show up at 12 pm. Before my MRI exam I had to put my belongings inside a locker. After my successful MRI exam I was escorted to the waiting room. I asked where my phone was and was told my Mom had it by a woman at the front desk who looked as though she didn't want to speak to me. I brought up how we showed up 4 hours early in the waiting room and one of the ladies looked guilty while another was laughing on the phone.
