We are new to Chino Valley and decided to give United Disposal a try. Setting up our account was easy, the lady that helped us was very friendly and knowledgeable. The dumpster was dropped off on time and on the day scheduled, driver was friendly and quick to drop the dumpster and go on with his day. We were skipped on our first pick up day, we called and they came out the next Monday. That same Thursday we were skipped again. When I called the woman I spoke to said that the driveway was blocked and the drivers had no access to the dumpster, and sent a picture of a visiting family members car in our u-shaped driveway from Wednesday morning. The company seems to have some trouble getting the scheduled pick-up day right. Hopefully from this point forward the confusion will be a thing of the past now that we hopefully have the right day for our route and pick up.

Best company out there. You get great customer service and great prices. All the other trash companies give you smaller trash cans and you have to pay more for each one. United Disposal gives you much larger trash cans for less. I recommend them to everyone!

I don't know the drivers, but they obviously do their job because my trash is picked up every week. I love the locking mechanism. It is windy here. With my previous company my barrel would be blown over and trash everywhere. Yuck. Not anymore.

I couldn't get a hold of the other company for 2 weeks when I wanted to switch to United. If It takes that long to talk to someone I don't want them as my trash pick up company. I was on hold for a minimum of 45 minutes the 5 times I called.
