The workers had an attitude, a little question makes them mad. I have express freight and should have express pick up, she said no we don’t do that, all while the sign is right there. I don’t see the point of paying for express if we are going to receive the same treatment as anyone else that doesn’t pay. Ended up waiting for 2 hours, then another 1/2 hr for them to give me the box!! Yet the last worker was overall nice in comparison.

Have waited up to 6-7 hours to send one small box. Their systems are terrible and the waits are horrendous
Don’t bother paying for xpress, they make you wait just as long. They will have 5 people behind the counter and not call anyone for over an hour. It’s insane how badly they operate. The service is some of the worst. It amazes me they are in business.

United Airlines Cargo has helped us rescue dozens of incredible animals in need and everyone within the organization was kind, generous and helpful beyond words. An amazing organization to say the least..

Great place. Just keep in mind they have people getting upset about long wait times. Try not to get mad, it is what it is. Customer service can be a little short at times, but it's understandable if greeted with a positive attitude. With what is going on with Ukraine, all import exports are on edge. With that being said, there could be a little more attention towards communicating wait times. I don't mind waiting, but would at least like to know an about time.

It is impossible for us to leave here quickly and happily. because employees don't see us as customers, they see us as a problem. It takes almost 55 minutes to get my package from the area they call Quick-pack! They don't know why they call it 'quick' either.

Wait and wait and wait. I would avoid coming here at all costs. It’s a form of suffering. I’ve had to have over 100 shipments sent via United Cargo and have spent days of my life here that I’ll never get back. As I write this, I’ve been waiting for over three hours in the cold. A shrill alarm that’s been sounding for more than two of them. No one seems to be concerned with shutting it off. I hate it here.
