Deceitful without any Integrity. Sold me a Grey Market Machine & would Not do Anything to Help me out. $130K Case 145 Excavator with 45 hrs. Salesman isn't open to competition from Home Depot, Lowe's or anyone else selling their riding mowers. And the service dept. said they could not find anything wrong with mine, being less than 6 months old when I complained that it was starting up only intermittingly. I could be wrong here, but my instinct tells me they didn't want to honor the warranty since I didn't buy it there, and they weren't calling me for status. I would rather go ahead and pay someone else to diagnose my problem than hassle with these people.

Went in here asking for help on a part that broke off my sprayer system. I was asked to provide my engine serial number , which I did but my unit is so old that the number is blurry. I knew he didn’t need the serial number for my tractor that piece had nothing to do with the tractor it was for the sprayer system . His feedback was if my picture would be more clear he could help me since there’s 4 or 5 different models that would make it easier on him since he’s new, well I asked for someone else to help us since he obviously didn’t know what he was doing. Another gentleman came about and immediately knew the part I was looking for was for the sprayer system but they both insisted they couldn’t help me without the serial number. Ok , I called another location when I left there and they said if I didn’t have the serial number that wasn’t a problem to go in and they would help me figure it out . It’s disappointing to have drove 40 miles out of my way and not even get the help I needed.

I was looking to purchase my first tractor. I called every brand and dealer within 200 miles. Going into this I knew the basics, and I knew about what I was needing. I also knew a little bit about the brands, pricing, warranties, and the differences between them. I too was limited in what I was willing to pay and what I was willing to give and take to make the deal work. After calling around and speaking to the sales people and working a package deal. There was 1 sales person who just didn't work up a package and send it over with the take it or leave it attitude. Adding a little extra pressure with a added implement or an extra warranty to close the deal for them. Justin Nabors at Ennis United AG & Turf was hands down a blessing for our family. He took the time to LISTEN to what we needed and what we were trying to do. Then he went to work. He went to work for us. He didn't build a package to work for the numbers on his end. He worked up several different packages, items he had in stock and items he sourced through other dealer locations. He built packages that worked for us not him or the dealership. He truly wanted to make sure that we were getting the MOST out of the deal. I cant say that it was the cheapest of all the deals offered, but I can say without a doubt. We got the best tractor, package and sales person for or family. And its all because Justin cares. He listens, understand your needs and wants, then builds options that best suits your needs.
