Appointment is not important. My Appointment was at 11 pm. I arrived at 9 pm. The door was set for me at 3 am. There was a trailer on this door. For 1 hour I waited until the trailer was removed. Then they changed my door. Unloaded quickly. Documents waited after unloading for 1 hour. Left at 6 am.

I arrived at 7:17 pm for an 8:00 pm appointment. As soon as I passed through the security gate I immediately parked and waited for them to open at 8:00 pm. At 8:30 they began to unload me and by 9:00 pm my truck was empty. Afterwards I had to wait forty-five minutes to receive the lumper fee. Once I made the payment I waited to be called to pick up the paperwork at 11:02 pm. In and Out in three hours so I don't think I did badly compared to other negative comments I've read. Unload is pretty fast.

The appointment was for 4:30 AM. They gave me the door very quickly. They unloaded it in 30 minutes. The green light came on and I went to the office for the documents, but they told me to wait until they called me. In the end, it dragged on for another 3 hours. Management must pay attention to business processes in the company! This is the first time I've encountered something like this…

This is a good place to come and do a post trip to shut down and reset.

Relax yourselves and get some nice shut eye. Make sure you bring plenty of food and water, though.

Cancel your next load. It's not important once you get in these gates.

One of the worst company for delivery!!! I would put -10 stars. Plus for this kind of service they charge lumper fees.

Liar at the front desk at the check in office!!!

Checked in for my 23:59 appointment at 23:20. It’s 5:18 am don’t have a door yet. When I check back at 2 am he serving people who was scheduled for 11pm. Then when I check back at 5 am, he said I don’t have an appointment, called the broker find out I do have it, went to security ask if I had an appointment cause without it they wouldn’t let get in to the property. So he lied and went home does t care at all.

the reviews are right. Got there at 8:30PM for a 9:30PM appt. They called me to a door at 2:06AM. Unloaded pretty fast, but then the paperwork took until 4:30AM. This place is slow as christmas, drivers I would recommend you set your phone on loud and go to sleep, these lumpers take their sweet time and do not care about ours.

So many people have experienced this job and people that even tried to get this job, says it’s no good and very poor. This place is only getting stars because you can’t put 0 stars and it mostly has bad reviews. Working in a warehouse like this needs to checked or taken down. I’ve met people that have had bad experience with this job, only good you get out of this job is the buddies you work with and pay you get from this job. Other than that, some of the HR or supervisors can be total jerks and could care less of the workers that handle the packages. Now I know working in a warehouse isn’t always gonna be nice or “fun” but definitely should really care for these people’s well being and time and energy.
I hope Sandy Douglas cares to help the company be better rather than letting this keep happening to the workers.

I have an appointment for 2am, I arrived at 1:05. At 2am they gave me door 51. And now it's 4:30 and I'm still waiting for 2 pallets to be delivered...
