After checking they didn’t give parking on warehouse and street . I parked near truck stop after checkin . My appointment was 11pm and i checkin 9pm and i got call 11pm and they gave door. And i was empty 2am .

THIS PLACE SUCKS ON SERVICE. They take your number and have you go down the road about 1/2 mile to sit and wait for a door. If they can't reach you by phone you will have to reschedule you load 3 days out. they don't have much room to get in and out the doors and no parking.. SORRY PLACE TO DELEVER

Terrible warehouse. The staff is rude, there’s no space for maneuvering or parking. For some unclear reason, I had to wait an eternity to get my paperwork after unloading and paying the lumper fee. Would not recommend!

Appt was at 0130. Checked in about 11pm. Guards directed me to a place to find parking and said they’d probably call about 2/230 because they’re behind. Gotta call around 330 to go to door 14. Super tight backing with their trucks parked in front of doors. Left about 820.

All the negative comments were real. On top of that, they did have miscommunication with my broker that they postponed the delivery appointment to 3 days later. The people are nice and helpful, but if I have a choice, I should not try my luck and go there again.

Read all the bad reviews and was expecting the worst. Well turned out to be quite simple. Did have to find offsite parking but was no hassle. They called me before my appt time and took maybe a hour and a half to unload. Wasn't a bad experience at all.

You park on the street and walk to the guard shack to check in. You are then sent away to find parking in Atlanta in the middle of the night (spoiler alert: there isn't any)
You are called back with a door. Docking is *very* tight. It's an older warehouse probably made with 40' trailers in mind. It took them about an hour and a half to unload me. The lumper is outrageously expensive. Got the Baum's Rush out of my door. The people were nice enough, though.
I don't want to come back here again.

This is the embodiment of most things wrong with trucking.

1. Paid lumpers
2. No staging area
3. Forced to leave, even within 30mins of appt time and no hours of service
4. 80% of the docks are very tight
5. Check-in process is slow, outdoors, and then repeated with 2 more receptionists

Need I go on? Congress, do your job and ban these business practices.
