The staff there was very helpful. Manager Aaron Ervin was very accommodating, and when I arrived NATHAN and MARILYN was extremely courteous, professional and considerate to my needs. Dropping off 20 foot u-haul one way rental in Montgomery, Alabama. I pulled up to the drop off area and a guy came out in less than a minute to check in the truck. Great customer service. Got an electronic receipt. Entire process was easy. Would rent from them in the future.

Shout out to Brandon, Marilyn and Aaron E. For holding that front counter down. BIG Ups to the young lady that keep the storage facility clean and fresh when customers have left their trash behind. I really appreciate you!!!!
I have in the past and is currently using this facility for storage. I have also used their vehicles at 2333 E South Bivd.
There are businesses that are closer however there customer service or inventory left something to be desired.
This has become my one stop shop. Lines are long at peak hours, but that's when I have witnessed lazor focus sttention on the customer that is before them. If you have ever had an issue that's when you truly realize that they are worth the wait.
I have seen a couple these ladies and gents this Labor Day weekend. So, If you see them tell them keep up the good work and Leslie aka Big Mama sent you!!!

I would not recommend any other U-Haul in Montgomery. These people were nice courteous and fair upon me choosing the vehicle that I wanted. The vehicle was also clean on the inside as you can check the videos to see. The items that they sell here are not overpriced and fairly priced. Highly recommended if you're going to use a U-Haul you need to use this one. And the storage facilities are $50 per month you can't beat that. They are also setting up an inside storage as well.

The absolute WORST storage in Montgomery Alabama. The storage unit lock was jammed and they did not fix it, the information was in the system stating the lock was jammed, weeks later after letting them know my lock was still jammed, ALL of my belongings was removed from my storage without being notified, it’s been 2 months and no one can tell me who took my belongings out the storage or where my belongings are. NEVER GO HERE!!!!

It was 29.99 for the van , but why was my card charged 95.00 because they said it was left dirty and I turned it in late , when I clearly dropped them in the drop box 2 hrs before drop off time. And when I went up there to speak face to face the white lady at the front attitude was very nasty . I asked how was it left nasty and the manager said it was a moving matt left in the van and that was already there when we got it , and he can ask the man who gave it to us. Don’t use their trucks , it’s a whole scam , but God is Real and businesses like this never prosper .

Brandon made everything effortless. He's very knowledgeable and extremely courteous. I'm glad that I chose this location ?. Conduct the visual inspection, verify milage and gas amount...return it in the same manner. Be sure to stay under the agreed milage amount. No problems at all ?.
