I rented a car trailer to bring home my newly purchased classic car. The trailer did exactly what it was supposed to, had no issues, was clean and without any faults. William was super helpful, very kind, and an amazing employee! I would absolutely go back to this location just for his assistance. He went out of his way to be helpful and make sure we got hooked up and left quickly!

If I could give it zerooo I would this place is horrible I got the small truck for $19 then I got charged $30 fine! Then the lady said since am paying cash they need a total of $100 to hold until I return it back they’ll give me my refund which supposed to be $70!! Okay I went back only for them to give me back $55 total scammers!!!on top of that there’s no parking spot you either park at the gas station 1/4 away or to another business establishment so inconvenient!!!!

Everything was good until the lady in the front desk became very rude and disgusting towards me as a customer. She also tried to insinuate my intelligence and had a bad attitude as well. I dont think the company is bad but she was very unpleasant to deal with especially as a paying customer

Truck was dirty ,they also charged me over the mileage, charged me 485 miles for a 288 mile trip charged an extra day, My estimated from U-Haul was just under $500.00 she charged me over $900.00. I and my friends will never use U-Haul again. I will also report this to everyone on my base US Airforce base Hurlbert Field.
