Love the location but my last two rentals have been a mess. This is the second time I have dropped off using the app and it doesn't register, even though I receive a confirmation. I get charged for "overdue equipment" and have to call. Yeah it gets fixed but it's a huge hassle. Still waiting on the receipt and refund for unused mileage. Not sure I'll use uhaul in the future!

Aaron S is awesome! I had an emergency situation where I needed to rent a tow dolly to pick up my son's car which had broken down over in Smyrna, so I reserved a dolly through Uhaul's website at Uhaul moving and storage of Dallas. Upon arrival, we discovered that my truck's trailer wiring was faulty. It was very cold outside and they were about to close. I thought that I would be going home without a dolly...but, fortunately for me... the guy who was helping me (named Aaron S) was more than willing to help get me on my way.. Without hesitation, he said, "we are gonna need to troubleshoot your truck." Within minutes, he had figured out what was going on, and he had the lights working!!! I was blown away by his willingness to help and his knowledge! Thank you Aaron! YOU SAVED THE DAY!

I just wanna give a shout out to the best persons that work for U-Haul ever Eric and Aaron They’re very professional, their skilled the more than managers they actually own this establishment and if you got a question, they have answers they would go above and beyond to help out every customer that comes to this location because like I said they are owners of this U-Haul. They’ve been in business for over 40 years and this place right here makes $400,000 a month so you know they’re are responsible for running this enterprise if when I came here, I noticed there was an incident happen with Aaron . There was a gentleman came up. I thought he was actually gonna pull out a gun and shoot Aaron was pushed up against the truck he couldn’t leave and his gentleman said look you’re gonna do this and he called him a young man and he’s a grown man, I don’t know if I should call 911 or not, but it worked out fine. The guy realized that he was in the wrong place the wrong time so it was resolved.

I arrived 10 minutes before closing time and Fozzy treated me like it was 10 minutes after
opening time he was awesome and knew his job very well not counting the customer skills
he has taken the time to answer all of my questions he is an asset to your company

Everyone at this location is great. We rent uhual trucks weekly for our business. Nicole is so sweet and always so helpful. Aaron and Erik are also great. I won't rent from any other location.

The rental I was given was old and raggedy. The driver door made a lot of screeching noise as you’re opening and closing the door. The driver seat had a large slit. I was constantly itching and got bit a few times. Not sure if a prior customer had an animal in that truck or what but I was very unhappy with this rental from this facility
