The team was helpful and very nice, I just find it odd to be issued a truck with misaligned steering, a TPMS light on, so many marks about the vehicle and lastly, having my AC go out on me for my last 400 miles was pretty sad. Additionally the vehicle dolly wheel well on the passenger side was halfway broken.
I understand continuing to use something if it’s still functional (get all you can out of it before maintenance IOT maximize profits) but I was just disappointed as this has been very contrary to my other U-Haul experiences.

No help at all threw the keys on counter said numbers match booked a car hauler yes it was late the day before BUT the service center said they had it and rented it to me. Apparently no communication between them and everyone else.

Good helpful folks with all the uhaul resources. One of the only full-service uhaul locations in the area. They are all the boxes and packing materials you could want as well towing supplies and vehicle servicing for towing.

Really nice employees but we had an odd issue with the truck rental so double check the equipment already on the truck before leaving. The green tabs they have on the equipment indicate to them if you used the equipment. We had a dolly on the truck that already had the green tab removed before we rented it. Of course we didn't notice and when we returned they told us we had to be charged the equipment fee for every day we had it. It could've been a one off accident but definitely be cautious of that.

Used this location several times and love it! They just recently expanded the location inside and have a huge selection of inventory! Anything you need. They will soon have a three story climate controlled storage building. There are several more useful services they offer as well like dumpster dumping for $8 a use.

The equipment that was "guaranteed" was broken when I arrived for pickup (it wasn't checked beforehand). The replacement was much harder to load/unload which put us way behind schedule and forced us to pay for an extra day of rental even though it wasn't our fault.
