This was my first Uhaul experience, the staff was helpful and friendly. They were very accommodating. The equipment was clean and very well maintained. I got the 26 foot truck and it was surprisingly easy to drive for being so large. Thanks for making my move easy!

The rating is vey fitting. Some of the staff was great but the overall experience was a 0/10. They gave us a truck with no transmission fluid. The mirrors are cracked on the trucks. The list goes on and on. Dominique the manager is very unprofessional and unhelpful. Never use this location

Completely unprofessional, we booked a truck pickup for 8am. The truck was not ready, not cleaned, empty on gas. We showed up for the pick up and it needed taking 40 minutes for them to bring the car ring up a COMPLETELY different quote. If you want a better experience save your money and go somewhere else!!!!

I have to compliment Vivian@ the Centerpoint location and her staff on a Job well done! My daughter moved to Texas and this store rolled out the red carpet to ensure her trip was safe. They changed the tire grips (new) and did a safety check to make sure her car was properly connected to the uHaul. Praise God for safe travels and thanks Vivian!

They have 11 box trucks outside and can't seem to work out a rental even though I had a reservation.

They were polite and courteous.

Stood in line for over 30 minutes to buy moving supplies. One employee left to go get food and the other walked outside to help another customer who interrupted the line to ask a question. Left and went to Lowe's.
