The employee was very nice, but the place was very disorganized. Everything I filled out and did online ahead of time had to be redone in store, including individually declining several types of insurance moving supplies and everything else. When I showed up they didn't have a tow dolly, and made it seem like my reservation wasn't even made without how un organized it was. They probably have 30 trailers on site but only one carrier and couldn't find the pigtail needed to wire the trailer in. I'm not sure why every trailer just doesn't have the pigtail on it because you need it to use it. All of this should have been sorted out before I got there and everything should have been hooked up and ready for me. It felt like a budget rental place, which they should take offense too

Didn’t have the furniture dolly or the hand truck I reserved. Lady at the counter was excruciatingly slow. Truck pulled hard to the right. Had to walk around the personal visitors at the counter. Just an overall annoying experience. I figured with the involved reservation online with my credit card info and all that I wouldn’t have to do it all over again. Didn’t make sense.

Picked up a trailer and Uhaul and found out it was defective hours later. Could not properly secure the passenger tire strap and had to drive 5 hours away like this. Didn’t have a problem with customer service but they should not be allowing people to rent defective equipment. A big safety problem!!!

The employees are extremely down to earth and knowledgeable. I ordered a smaller truck that ended up not being available when I arrived. They had the next size up ready for the same price as the smaller truck. Very grateful, I got my move done with no issues. I will use this location again and send everyone I know there. Some times a smile and great customer service makes all the difference.

Perry and Howard were very helpful and helped me diagnose my trailer wiring issue. Did not know I had blown a fuse and that was what was causing my new trailer lights to not work. They had me on my way in no time. Great service! Much appreciated fellas.

Horrible.... The rep named Honesty was absolutely horrible. 1st I ordered a dolly they didn't have. She gave me the keys to go find my own truck. Just horrible. It was 8:05 am and she was more concerned about eating than to assist me.

The manager of this U-Haul location is on top of it!!! He is a great person and an exceptional employee. We showed up to pick up our trailer on a Sunday morning, and we found the store closed with no one there. Within minutes, the manager happened to stop by to check on the store because he called the store that morning and got no answer. He hopped into action, getting us set up and on our way quickly and with a great attitude. His employee was apparently in an emergency situation with her son, but no matter, he handled the situation quickly and nicely, and we left very impressed with him and the response in general. The u-haul trailer was also in great condition, and he hooked us up easily and quickly. Thank you!!!
