My family and I were at the pool when my wife called. The guy got mad because he couldn’t hear my wife over my kids playing. Instead of politely letting her know that he couldn’t hear her order, he yells at her to just call him back when she could settle her kids down then hung up on her. I hope another service gets started around the lake so nobody has to deal with this guy again. ZERO stars for ZERO customer service!!

Phone is answered quickly every time, and they deliver when they say they will from the restaurant of your choice. So far, ordered brom Dacorrado, Grill and mellow mushroom. One of the best food delivery services I've used, including the high tech automated options in Atlanta.

Overcharged me twice now and denies the wrong math. Tonight he told me $17 pizza plus $7.50 delivery was $27. When I argued he was very defensive, plus the pizza was ice cold because it took an hour to deliver. I called the restaurant to confirm price and they actually said it was only $16. I will never use this service again, they just steal your money!
