A person in our woodshop mentioned this place for turning supplies and so glad he did! Now it seems I make my way there every Friday 😆
The owners are incredibly nice and helpful. Their supplies are plentiful and they will assist you in locating what you want and/or help explain a process.
Their Youtube videos are GREAT, informative, and down to earth.

Also, its good to know that when I return to the Midwest for summer they will ship to me.
Highly recommended.

Great experience! I stopped in to the local store in Phoenix while I was visiting a work account. I was not aware that the store was closed on certain days. The staff saw me come to the door and allowed me to come in and Shop due to being and out of towner . I could not have asked for a warmer welcome. Mike, Amy and Chad were very helpful and kind.

Great turners shop! The people are knowledgeable and friendly and while I was visiting from out of town I took their ring making class and was impressed with the attention to details and the friendliness of the staff.
Definitely worth the trip and the shop has a lot of turning supplies.
I would recommend for long time turners as well as beginning turners.

Be prepared to get scammed if you buy there susposed pen punch set . They ship you a cheap harbor freight Pittsburgh tool set that you can get at harbor freight for $10.00 and the mark it to $17.99 good luck on finding a punch it the set that will fit metric pen tube's. Total rip off. First and last purchase from clowns.

This place is awesome!! I only wish we would have known about them sooner. My daughter and I took the ring making class last night and loved it! Update: A year later and I couldn't be more grateful that Chad and his shop are so close to home. Everyone still puts up with my incessant questions and they all provide solid advice. These folks know what they're doing. Ordering stuff for pickup is super convenient, and the shipping is reasonable if you're not local. Can't say enough good things about this shop. Thanks.

Original review: I'm just starting out, so I went in here not even really knowing what I needed. Chad took the time to help me figure out what I should buy, offered me inexpensive solutions, and gave me a ton of good tips and info to think about! The store has a TON of blanks, supplies, and kits. I imagine I will become a regular here. Great shop, great people, and what seemed like reasonable prices, though I don't have much to compare it to.
