Easy to use option to save yourself a delivery fee if it’s something you can handle with your own vehicle. They will load the item for you, but it’s up to you to bring straps or ropes to secure your item(s). The whole pick up process took about 15 minutes from the time I checked in to the time I was ready to leave. That’s a whole lot easier than sitting around and waiting on a delivery truck.

Purchased one of there most expensive mattress less than 8 months now and it provided no comfort after just months. I called to get a credit or refund for a mattress being that I purchased a 10 year warranty for this mattress, nothing was done about it. They denied it very fast. Technician came out and it was very clear that he had the mind frame to find whatever reason he could to relieve them of the obligation to cover this mattress. After many years of spending money with Turners, I now feel that I have been making a mistake because they truly don’t give there customers loyalty. l

My husband worked here, and dropped a couch on himself because his co workers didn't lend him a hand, and they fired him the DAY I had my son and we needed to make rent. But they felt that he would be a liability. This place is awful in so many ways, even the prices aren't fair. Most of the items are low quality particle bored, or poorly hand crafted furniture with the use of no mathematics. you can find the same furniture brand new for cheaper. I don't recommend this place unless you want to be scammed by a convincing salesperson.

I arrived here last night and parked over night. They did not have a problem with me parking overnight. I came here through 319. I took 7th street which I dont recommend. From 319 take Golden Rd which will curve right into Union Rd. Take Union Rd to either Southwell Blvd. And turn right on 41or Oakridge Church Rd. If your coming on 75 take the Loves exit and turn right on 41. Then take left on Oakridge Church Rd.
