Great moving experience, guys showed up and got right to work, no time wasted, efficient and professional.
Their rates are the best ones from the companies I called so far and they do include disassembly and assembly as part of their service.

One of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had.

Ben, the clown I was working with, estimated my move (a 3 hour drive away) to be one truck, one day, and around $2k-ish. I provided him the size of my house, the number of bedrooms, additional info about the amount of tools and equipment in my garage etc.

The day of the move his guys get there and they tell me based on their assessment this move will take 2 trucks, 2 days, and at least $5k.

They insist that moving my stuff from my 1600 sq/f house to the truck will take the 5 of them at least 5 hours (fyi I am not a hoarder, we have a normal amount of stuff IMO) and, incredibly, the 3 hour drive will take them 6 hours because the truck doesn’t go above 65 mph. Simple math will tell you this is nonsense. Even averaging 45 mph the trip would still only take 4 hours. I was told that no matter how much stuff I had this move was always going to take 2 days because of the distance - seems like something they could have told me weeks prior, if it were true.

This being double the estimate on every front I called Ben to see if we can figure something out that’s closer to my budget. Rather than being apologetic or trying to work with me he was rude and dismissive and acted like it was my fault that his estimate was totally wrong and misleading.

After a very very frustrating conversation I told the guys to go and called Ben to get my deposit back. He said I didn’t “deserve” it back.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. This was a very thinly veiled attempt to squeeze me for thousands of dollars because my stuff was already packed up and they figured I had no choice.

Excellent job overall, my move got delayed and the staff was flexible and patient
The movers were friendly and worked hard from start to finish
I will definitely use them again and refer them to friends and family who need movers in the Tucson area.

Daniel and Ray were very pleasant and efficient with unloading our vehicles. They did it all! Same when we arrived at the apartment. Very friendly, efficient and careful with everything.

It was the smoothest moving service I could hope for, the crew was friendly and fast and were done in 3 hours just before the rain started.
Definitely the moving crew in Tucson you’ll need if you looking for moving services.

Amazing work by Ray, Alfred, And Gil First Off They were Curtious to give me a call 30 minutes prior to arrival and once arrived it was all go mode from there.. I appreciate the pack help as I included that at last minute due to not being 100%ready.. I Definitely recommend Tucson Movers
