Terrible company, hold truck for more than a day, promised compensation for extra waiting time, now after completing the load, not paying promised compensation. Unprofessional and unresponsible company, wasting carriers time and not keeping words.

I was going to talk s*** about this broker, but every previous review have done it. I am glad to know I wasn’t the only one. Trust ALL the reviews, they are rude, they will insult you if they want. Not a broker you want to work with. Positive thing is that the they pay on time if that matter 😂

Discuss all details about the load, checked mc, told we have lot ot reports which is not true and said we cannot work with you with no reason. For the question about screenshot where you see all this report - just hang up the phone.

Wish there was a no star at all option but there isn’t, stay clear from those people, booked my load to pick up at 11pm , they kept calling to know my location when it was 11am, even with saying I was heading to the pickup they ended up canceling my load. Unprofessional and would never do business with again.

I booked a load on Wendsay for Friday and 4 hours before loading they are calling me and asking for photos inside the trailer.
After that Tommy Bennett are telling me your trailer is not good. (bye)
I posted my truck and his coowerker called me, asked the year of the trailer, all info what they need and said ok you are good to go, and offer $500 less for the same load.
Noooo they deserve no BUY rating for sure.
