I have had the opportunity to work with Tori J. at Truxio and I needed a favor for one of the first loads that I needed delivered. This Job had a very narrow time frame, but she was willing to give it a try and with help from the driver they was very close to delivering and it would have been a struggle for anyone, but the fact that they was willing to go out of their way and struggle a little more really shows their work ethic and determination to help a customer. I want to piggy back off of a review posted below. Our time was wasted today as well, after dealing with Tristian Ethridge. He sent carrier packets to an email with our company name attached to it to sign us up as a carrier in order to book a specific load. All of the information was sent in just for him to come up with 3 excuses as to why he didn’t want to work with us. 1. You’re a new company with “brokerage” in your name. 2. I just don’t feel comfortable 3. Blah blah blah. Unprofessional, and had no valid reason to waste our time. If you have a limited liability company, the government allows you to have multiple businesses under that entity. You should know that. The industry would be more respected if there was more transparency in INTENTIONS AND MOTIVES. In other words, don’t appear to be a minority with assets or else “they won’t work with ya”.
