We were able to rent a unit online later in the day on a weekend which is awesome. I messed up while filling out the online forms and I was able to call and the gentleman was very helpful in correcting the issue for me. He even sent a text to make sure that everything went OK getting into the unit and it was to our liking. Very good customer service which I greatly appreciate being from over 20 years of customer service background myself.
I highly recommend this storage facility. 24 hour access. Clean facility. Clean and kept grounds. Also great price point for the unit. They also have several size units to choose from.
