Poor Service and Unprofessional Staff

I had one of the worst experiences renting a truck. I wasted 2 hours due to 5 attempts and ended up with 3 different trucks, all in poor condition:
1. The first truck (15 ft) was completely non-functional, with a dead battery.
2. The second truck was blocked by other vehicles, and once accessible, it was damaged. The bumper hit the front tire, making it unsafe to drive.
3. The third truck was also blocked, and the lockpad key provided was missing the actual lock, forcing me to return to the office yet again.

Throughout the process, the staff showed no sense of urgency or responsibility. When I expressed my frustration, the front desk employee laughed and dismissed my concerns, blaming the situation instead of taking accountability.

Conclusion: The service was disorganized, the vehicles were poorly maintained, and the staff demonstrated a lack of professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Rough in the beginning. This baby was easy to drive. Doors on vans to need to be adjusted higher for loading dock in addition to ramps. 24 hours is supposed to mean 24 hours.

When I came in the morning to pick up the truck, it was no truck available.

En este establecimiento me atendieron bien durante la recepción, al momento de tomar el equipo la persona que me brindó su ayuda no tenía el conocimiento de cómo llevarlo acabo, me tocó hacerlo yo además de mover todo el equipo pesado (dolly) por eso le doy 4 estrellas. Espero y puedan mejorar sus servicios en ese establecimiento.
