I had a great experience working with Jason to get a new lock for my storage. He was incredibly welcoming and extremely helpful throughout the process. The lock was a bit tricky and took some time to get right, but he handled it with patience and professionalism, even though I felt bad about the difficulty. I truly appreciate his kindness and dedication to ensuring everything was resolved perfectly. Highly recommend this storage facility. It is super clean and the customer service is fantastic!

I recently opened up a unit at Trojan storage because of their affordable rates. I was also very impressed with their customer service, Jason was friendly and attentive. The facilities were clean and secure and I like the keypad entry linked to an alarm on my door. Would definitely recommend Trojan.

Jason is one of a kind. My need keep me moving around and he never fails to find the right spot and the best position for me to be in. I've been on Blanco Rd for some time now and I get the VIP treatment. Wouldn't thing of going anywhere else.
