I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this establishment.
Management simply refuses to solve problems. I was given false, misleading information, which cost me an entire working day and a lot of effort.
Instead of taking responsibility and helping, they hid behind “company rules” and flat‑out refused to assist.
When I expressed my frustration, they shrugged and said, “It’s no big deal.” Of course it’s no big deal —for them. I was the one who lost a full day of work.
Neither I nor anyone I know will ever use their services again. Total waste of time.

We moved after Trojan raised rates for the 3rd time in 1 1/2 years l. We used to pay 85.00 and now they want 215.00 . We found a much better place for half the price and the operating hours are better and the spaces are much larger!

I I used to pay $65 when I started renting with them all of a sudden it went all to $150 for parking my trailer I think that's outrageous that's way too much for a regular parking space keep on raising your prices pretty soon you're going to be empty

1st time experience was Great here. But the 2nd time I was in need of a storage place corporate ( over the phone) told me I was able to park my non running car here. But once I get there onsite management said I wasn't able to do so and wanted to charge me more $money as well for the rental. Of course i proceeded to cancel everything and onsite management didn't want to refund me all my $money. But at the end they came to their senses and refunded all my $money.
Poor communication between onsite management and corporate ! Never again I will be doing business with Trojan Storage.
