Mya was super friendly and really helpful in getting our storage set up. We just needed a short term storage solution in between moves and this was perfect and at a decent price point. Their security system is pretty cool here and they seem really on top of everything, I would absolutely use them again if needed.

It’s standard practice for rental facilities to provide the first month free as most are too lazy to move their items out once they’re in storage. I also understand that rates may fluctuate but after being at Trojan Storage Rocklin for 6 months I was given 30 days notice that my monthly rent would be increasing by 30%. As an example if you were renting an apartment for $2,000 this increase would now trigger a monthly rent of $2,600. I’m a landlord for residential rental properties and as such we have laws that prohibit such increases but these do not apply here. I am not one of the lazy people and not afraid to take my business elsewhere so why would I pay $130/month for an inside 10x10 when I can go 3 miles away and pay $68/month for the same exact unit? No doubt this review will be met with the same copy & paste reply that I’ve seen in similar reviews citing facility cost increases, etc. but with so many other options in this industry offering the same product it all boils down to who wants to be greedy today and who wants to make money long term month after month. Not a good business plan Trojan.

Everything about this place is much better than where I was storing my stuff. Desiree showed me around and then got me registered and i started moving in that day. She is super nice, knowledgeable and professional. The rates are much lower too.
I'm so glad I found them 🙂

I needed a storage unit on short notice for an unscheduled demolition and had only an hour to make it happen. I stopped by Trojan Storage in Rocklin a little after 4 PM and explained my situation to Tonie Ramirez. She immediately got to work and found me the perfect unit with the right access for my needs. Tonie was efficient, professional, and incredibly helpful during a stressful time. I really appreciate her excellent customer service—thanks Tonie!
