Great Company to do business

Really a nice experience with trident transport.
One of my favorite brokerage is trident.
There agents are so cooperative.
I had never seen this kind of cooperation from brokers.

If have 0 star, I will give it to them,

Don’t trust them! They are liars! Liars! Liars!

Had a load with them, said FCFS unload, if have any issues just call them , they will fix it.

Unfortunately, they won’t! Stuck me over 24 hours

I did a load with this company a few months back as the O/O driver.... ran the load without a problem until afterwards. I sent all paperwork and documents concerning lumper fees to them..... later on i asked them specifically for a (email) showing they reimbursed for said lumper fee. One to the company who i was leased on with and one for myself directly. I'll be damn if they didn't do it on numerous times of me contacting them. Yet when you do loads for these brokers they want to call 3 times a day- track your phone- send location- immediately send arrived & empty- send bills & all receipts once load is complete.... But when you as the driver ask for a simple email it's like trying to get a cold glass of water in hell.

Not reliable to co-operate. One of them screwed me and my truck big time. Broker called on my posted team truck and sold a load as a team run. 650 miles. But upon arriving reciever informed us it’s a strict appt the next day. Things happen i understand but not paying a layover for your fault is unjustified

Maybe we will just another who had problem with trident. They do not pay detention and do not answer on our emails regarding detention.
Lost 7 hours to get unloaded because customer wasn’t ready to bring us to the military base.

Booked a load with Casimir Roback from Trident, he called 4 hours before pickup saying load is canceled and moved for Monday. I told him we can cover Monday too than he said don't know when will pick. I saw a posting with the same lane on DAT and he booked it cheaper took it from us. In the past I never had issues with Trident but be aware they might do same to you.

Don’t trust them! I did a load with them and they told me to pay for the lumber and they will reimburse me back but they never did and the broker not responding my emails anymore
Don’t business with them!
