When I first stopped in, I needed a few packing boxes and had a pleasant interaction. Then I needed to store some things. I did check pricing online and went to these guys and no extra fees or charges so I rented a 10x10 climate controlled unit. I thought I might have things in there for a few months or maybe a year. Nearly five years later I just moved out. The climate control was working every single time I went by, which I did regularly, I never saw any varmints running around, and the staff was always great to interact with. There was only one minor rise in cost, $5 per month, after being there about 4 years, so no games or getting jerked around. While I hope I don't need storage again, if I do then this is the only place I want to deal with. If I need U-haul services I'll go to them first.

A band of thieves. We paid rent on the first of June, by the 30th we were informed all of our belongings were thrown away and storage empty. Then they act like they never knew us. A BUNCH OF THIEVES! DONT USE THEM!

Rented space from them for over a year. Be prepared for a less than friendly vibe from the new front office receptionist. Loved the previous guy though! I had to depart from their space after their security systems failed and locked customers out. This prevented me from completing the sale of my RV and the buyer had come from out of state. Their sole service is to provide access to customer's storage items. Massive fail that cost me loads. Took RV out 2 days later. Asked for refund of monthly fee within first week of month due to these issues, she refused. I care little of the money and more of the service.

I have done business with these guys for 10+ years. Impeccably clean. For some one that is in the food manufacturing business I know what clean is. Richard and others that proceeded him do a great job. Customer service is top notch.

Excellent facility. We have rented several units at this location. It is always kept clean, there are security cameras everywhere and it's easy to access. The staff has always been very friendly and easy to deal with. Highly recommended!

Rick at the front desk is awesome! Super helpful, great follow through after I rented my storage unit online! Very clean unit, great local business. I highly recommend!
