If I could I would give them zero stars. I had to keep asking when our items would be delivered as the communication was less than acceptable. They also sent Road Runner to unpack our items and when the movers showed up they had already removed the seal from the shipping container, had only 2 men (one of which helped himself to things out of our fridge without permission) and damaged our walls.. 3 weeks later we are still trying to get it repaired.
My husband and I also did a ton of work with moving items and putting things together as the employees who came were "unmotivated".
They also don't seem to care about the feedback you give to them. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!
